Sensory bottles are such a great way to calm an otherwise stressful situation. They’re the perfect solution for car rides, waiting rooms, and even rainy afternoons. In fact, we’ve made our own Road Trip Sensory Bottle in the past using familiar road trip signs and shapes. Find It® Games uses the idea behind a sensory bottle and takes it a step further with their collection of new sensory seeking games!
From Identity Games, we were sent to review the Captain Underpants version of Find It® contained adventures. With colorful red, white, and blue pieces, my two younger kids were instantly excited. I knew Captain Underpants was a big deal, but apparently it’s even more than I thought. My son began to rattle off story details and characters. He obviously knows what he’s looking for.
There is also Sesame Street Jr., with larger pieces for littler eyes, and Where’s Waldo? which would be really fun, too. Each game comes with a puzzle container, Find It cards, and a small how to play booklet. Though I have to say, it’s rather self-explanatory. Keep reading for your chance to win your choice from the collection of Find It® Games!
Flip, tap, bonk, however you can to find the items hidden. The puzzle pieces are also located on top of the container. Or use the included cards, with such prompts as find something associated with Professor Poopypants and find both characters who wear a tie. Super fun items that any fan of Captain Underpants will understand!
I love that these contained adventures can either be played with multiple players taking turns trying to find what’s on the cards, or individually as a calm down mechanism. Then shake the container again and the pieces are in completely new places for more sensory seeking fun!
