Watching my daughter as she dances around is truly the greatest form of entertainment. Abby’s a little fireball, with so much energy and so many fun moves. I did the same thing when I was a kid, attempting to mimic the dancers on TV with such determination that I felt as though I could have been one of them. But now, she can really can be a part of some of her favorite Disney songs with Just Dance: Disney Party 2!
When the days are long and the weather outside is cold, dancing truly is the best medicine! Just Dance: Disney Party 2 features more than 20 tracks from the hottest Disney Channel hits, with songs from movies like “Descendants” and “Teen Beach 2” as well as shows like “Girl Meets World” and “Liv and Maddie.”
My daughter is a big fan of “Descendents”. At only 7, she’ll try her best to dance like the characters, especially when Rotten to the Core comes on. It’s one of her favorite songs! And now, with some easy-to-follow choreography, it’s almost as if she’s right in line in the movie. Gotta Be Me from “Teen Beach 2” is another one that she really likes and it has some fun moves, as well.
And her brothers had to get in on the action, too!
There are so many great family songs in this game, though, and so many reasons to get up and move!
Your score builds by getting down the right steps and my competitive kids liked seeing who rated higher. But it’s fun to just dance, too! With gameplay that is true to Abby’s favorite shows, not only is it fun to dance alongside some of her favorite characters and scenes, but I appreciate that it really is a great form of exercise, too. Especially when it looks so fun that the adults have to join in.
Laughter, fun, and dancing! It’s the best medicine!
A great holiday gift, Just Dance: Disney Party 2 is now available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Nintendo’s Wii and Wii U systems.
