Teachers have a lot to handle on a daily basis. Even just teaching my three kids alone can be a handful in itself. Believe me, I know. As such, they deserve a thanks every now and then for all they do. And while a simple thank you goes a long way, I wanted to do something more that says I notice and I appreciate the extra time and effort.
I picked up these Extra® Gum 35-stick packages in the checkout lane while at Target, because everyone can appreciate gum. These packs feature durable, recycled packaging and of course more gum.
I made sure to grab both Extra® Gum Spearmint and Extra® Gum Polar Ice®, which are available in the new Extra® 35-stick packs at Target. Be sure to checkout the Cartwheel App for a coupon, too!
And with more gum, that means there’s more to share. Sharing is Caring, especially when you Give Extra®, Get Extra®.
These cards are such a great little thank you idea. With spaces for 3 sticks of gum so the recipient can feel free to take one, share one, and give one.
Simply print off the Sharing is Caring thank you card printable. Wrap a piece of paper around the middle and an end of one stick of Extra® gum, then using glue only on the paper, glue one stick of gum under Give One, another under Take One, and the other under Share One.
It’s a very sweet way to show you care!

- Extra® Gum
First, download the Sharing is Caring printable. Print on heavy cardstock.
Cut strips from the yellow paper, or whatever color you prefer. Wrap one around the middle of one stick of gum. Wrap another around the bottom.
Glue in place, making sure you don’t glue the gum so it slides out easily. Do the same for 2 more sticks of gum.
Pass along to those who always give Extra and deserve to get Extra! How will you give Extra?
